What makes us different is our approach:

*We don't add more stress and cause harm.
*We laugh, we joke, we play, we remain curious, and, dare I say, we have fun all while moving our bodies.
And, of course, we do this too...
Strength. Balance. Core. are the key components of every class, small group, and personal training session. Between the Bosus and personal cable machines, you'll be both challenged and present for a diverse zone 2/3 full body workout.
No workout is ever the same. We are always challenging our bodies/nervous system to grow out of our comfort zone and leave different than when we walked in the door.
